Injected Carbon

Injected graphite, which is the main product of this company, is the result of the calcination process on raw coke that can be supplied after crushing and grinding operations categorized in 0.5-5, 1-5, 0.5-3, 1-3, and 1-0 in terms of dimensions. Following this, it can be used as an injection coke in electric arc furnaces. It is also available in 10 and 25 kilogram and 1 ton jumbo bag packages. Regarding the advantages of this product, the following items can be considered:

  • The highest carbon percentage and absorption percentage among injection cokes
  • The lowest amount of ash
  • Creation of the best foamed slag

Granulated Carbon (Carburizer)

Granulated Carbon, which is one of the processed products of petroleum, is a pure type of petroleum coke. This product is produced from different reactions of petroleum coke at a temperature of 2,500 to 3,500 degrees Celsius.

For this reason, it has a high carbon percentage and a lower sulfur percentage. This product is used in casting industries to increase carbon in the production of cast iron, steel, and alloys, and it is also widely used in plastic and rubber industries. Graphitized petroleum coke is the best additive for smelting. With low impurities and high fixed carbon, it is an indispensable raw material for adding carbon into steel products.

Graphite Electrode

A graphite electrode is a conductor that releases electric energy in the form of an electric arc and is used to heat and melt the steel scraps in an electric arc furnace. They are currently the only products with high electrical conductivity and can maintain extremely high heat generation in this demanding environment. With the growing demand for quality steel in the aerospace, automotive, and electronics industries, graphite electrodes are also becoming increasingly popular. According to the electric furnace capacity, transformer power load, the difference of raw materials used in the electrodes production and the physical & chemical indexes of finished electrodes, the graphite electrodes are divided into three types:
  • RP Graphite Electrode
  • HP Graphite Electrode
  • UHP Graphite Electrode
